Equa Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of use for the Equa Clothing Limited website and by making a purchase you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Orders:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items on Equa's website are in stock and available for delivery unless otherwise stated, there may however on time to time be an occasion where items list on the website are out of stock and unavailable for delivery. Equa will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if your order is unavailable and a full refund will be given.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain payment authorisation, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards. Equa Clothing Limited may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. Equa Clothing Limited will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold.

Payment is only taken once your order has been checked and it is ready to send out.

2. Delivery:

WE DELIVER WORLDWIDE!

Standard Delivery:We will endeavour to dispatch your items within 24 hours of receiving the order, however please allow up 14 days for delivery. For all our UK orders we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. This service along with our overseas couriers will need to be signed for by someone on arrival. We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched.

Next Day Delivery: While we currently cannot offer a guaranteed next day delivery service, if an item is in stock and your order is placed before 3pm we endeavour to dispatch it the same day. If you require your purchase urgently please call us on +44 (0) 20 7359 0955 and we will make every effort to get it to you ASAP. If your item is a gift for a birthday, or you need it for a specific event please let us know by putting the date you need it by in the comments box and we will do our best to get it to you or the recipient for that date.

Saturday Postage: Because Equa is open 7 days a week and we dispatch all orders direct from our Boutique we are able to post orders out on Saturdays if we receive the order before 10.30am on Saturday. This means that any orders placed on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning should be delivered within the UK by early the following week.

London Same Day Delivery: If you live within the M25 we can arrange for a same day delivery. You will need to order before 1pm. For more information on this service click here>>

Pick up from the Equa Boutique: If you want to buy your order now but are able to pick it up from our Islington Boutique then select the Pick Up from Equa Boutique option and you wont be charged for shipping. You can pick up your order any time after you have placed it (give us at least an hour to process it), we're open 7 days a week.

Tracking your order: As soon as you place an order you will receive a confirmation via email. If you would like to know the progress of your order at any point please contact us via email on info@equaclothing.com or +44 (0) 20 7359 0955.

2a. Delivery Charges:
UK Standard Delivery for 3 items or less: £4.50
UK Standard Delivery for 4 items or more: £6.50
Europe Standard Delivery for 3 items of less: £10.00
Europe Standard Delivery for 4 items or more: £15.00
Rest of the World Standard Delivery 3 items or less: £15.00
Rest of the World Standard Delivery 4 items or more: £20.00

Delivery if free for all orders over £80.00

Gift Wrapping: If you would like your item gift wrapped there is a £1.00 additional charge to the above delivery prices. Please select the Gift Wrap option in the Delivery options in the check out area.

3. Returns and Exchanges:

Please note that our returns and refund policy for items purchased in store at our Camden Passage Boutique are different. Please see in store or your receipt for details.

3a. Returning Your Purchase:
Please try on your order carefully. We believe you'll be delighted with your purchase but if you are not happy with your order or need to exchange it for a different size we are happy to do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer returns on underwear.
To return your order please follow the following procedure:
1. Please complete the Returns Form that is enclosed with your order.
2. Please post the Returns Form and the items you wish to return back to Equa as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. Please return all goods in their original condition, unworn* and packaging.
4. Please return items recorded delivery, when you return orders to us. We are unable to exchange, refund, or replace items that are lost in the post. We are unable to refund the return postage.

3b. Exchanging Your Purchase:
If you need to change your order for a different size, we will send it at no extra postage cost. For any returns thereafter, postage will be charged on both UK and overseas deliveries.
Please follow the instructions detailed in 'Returning Your Purchase' return the item in the way described above. Please fill out the Returns Form on the back of your invoice stating what you would like to exchange your order for, please provide as much information as possible so that we can fulfil your request accurately.

3c. Refunds:
A full refund is given if required for orders returned new and unworn within 14 days from the date on which you received them. All returns will be credited to the original customer's credit card excluding any delivery charges. Refunds of international customs duties and sales taxes (if applicable) are excluded on shipments outside the EU. Equa Clothing Limited is not liable for any additional charges from your bank or Credit Card Company.

*Original Condition and unworn means there are no marks on the items. We cannot accept any returns if your order has been worn or marked. In such cases, the item will be returned to you. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

4. Privacy Policy
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail or telephoning us.
If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by un-ticking the mailings box or contacting us on the above contact details.
We do not share your details with any other organisation. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line or if they have requested to be called regarding a specific item.

5. Accuracy, Images and Photography
Equa Clothing Limited have taken great care to ensure that the reproduction of colours, styles and products are as accurate as the photographic, online and print process will allow and that the descriptions and specifications are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur.
All photographs on this site have been produced by Equa Clothing Limited or reproduced with permission from third parties, it is forbidden to copy any of these photographs without permission from Equa Clothing Limited.
