Equa Affilate Terms and Conditions The Equa Affiliate Scheme The Agreement below details the terms and conditions for enrolment in Equa’s Affiliate Scheme. The terms ‘Affiliate’, ‘You’, and ‘Your’ refer to you, the applicant. ‘We’ and ‘Our’ refer to Equa Clothing Limited. We are independent parties; this agreement will not form any partnership. Signing Up You must complete the affiliate application form on the Equa website. We reserve the right to reject or accept an application on any grounds. If Your application is accepted you will be notified via email and You are authorised to market our products on Your supplied domain name. Duration of Agreement This agreement will commence once Your affiliate application has been accepted and will cease when terminated by either party. Termination may happen at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Changes to the Equa Affiliate Scheme Changes may be made to the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at Our sole discretion. If You find any of the changes unacceptable, You must terminate the Agreement. The changes will be updated on this web site and You will also be notified of any changes by email. Continued participation after any changes to Our terms and conditions will be considered acceptance of these changes. Commission For purchases of products made within 60 days of the original click We pay You 10% of the sale value, net of postage and packaging, refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Your commission rate rises to 15% of sales if you generate more than £650 worth of sales in a calendar month, net of postage and packaging, refunds, returns, exchanges and cancellations. Cookie duration is 60 days, therefore You are entitled to receive commission if a customer completes a sale within 60 days of finding us from Your site, provided the sale is not refunded, or cancelled. Commission can only be earned between the acceptance of the Affiliate application and notice of termination. Affiliate Scheme Payment Payments are made monthly, two months in lieu (e.g. payments for sales in January will be made in March). This allows for returns and refunds to be processed in conjunction with Equa’s website sales terms and conditions. The minimum monthly payment is £30, if Your commission in a month is less than £30 it will be carried forward and included in the payment for the following month. We will make all payments on the 1st of the month by bank transfer under the reference EQUA AFFILIATE SCHEME. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive each payment. It is Your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your bank details. If You have failed to inform us of any changes We reserve the right to make a re-payment into Your new account, only when We have received the original payment back into Our bank account. Order Processing Customers who purchase products through the Affiliate Scheme will be customers of Equa. It is the responsibility of Equa to deal with all orders placed by a customer on our site. Equa reserve the right to reject any order that does not comply with our website sales terms and conditions. Unsolicited Emailing All Affiliates are expected to adhere to Equa’s policy of not participating in any mass unsolicited emailing. Any violation of this policy will result in the Affiliate being immediately dismissed from the Equa’s Affiliate Scheme with all unpaid commissions being forfeited. Liability Equa will not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of revenue, profits or data arising, in connection with the Agreement. Disclaimer Equa does not express or imply any warranties or representations in respect of the Affiliate Program or an Affiliate's potential to earn income from our Program. We make no representation that either our site or that of the Affiliate Program will be uninterrupted or error-free and we will not be liable for any consequences of interruptions or server down time. Jurisdiction All disputes will be independently arbitrated under English Law in the United Kingdom. By participating in this Affiliate Program You are acknowledging and consenting that You have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. |
